The top three WarnerMedia executions are coming out in the middle of a big shake-up after the launch of HBO Max. Read the full memo by CEO Jason Kilar.

  • New WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar put pressure on Friday to shake up the media company leadership, Ashley Rodriguez reported.
  • Bob Greenblatt, chairman of WarnerMedia Entertainment and direct to the consumer; Kevin Reilly, HBO Max content chief and president of TNT, TBS and TruTV; and Keith Cocozza, executive vice president of corporate marketing and communications, are leaving the company.
  • Ann Sarnoff will oversee the expanded WarnerMedia Studios and Networks group, and HBO programming president Casey Bloys will take charge of content for HBO Max, TNT, TBS and TruTV.
