Google has supported several security tools to protect the financial information and passwords that you have saved with the Chrome automation feature. One of them will allow you to verify your identity using biometric information, such as fingerprints, whenever you want to use your credit card online.
Currently, autofill requires you to enter your card CVC each time you use it. But if you decide to turn on biometric authentication – it is fully optional and can be found on the Chrome Settings page ̵1; you will need to write in your CVC the first time you use a card. This can help prevent card loss or theft, as you no longer need to log out of your CC if you are in public. You can now count on the feature to pull your card details in Chrome for Windows and Mac and it will come to Android within the next few weeks.
