The actress, who on Wednesday had moved the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of the investigation to Mumbai, told the rooftop court that she also received many death threats and rapes and that she is in deep trauma due to the loss of Sushant, who is further multiplied due to the ongoing media brilliance the case has received.
Rhea informed the high court that she was in a direct relationship with Sushant until June 8th. She claimed that Sushant had been suffering from depression for some time and was on anti-depressants.
“In the characteristic facts and circumstances of the case in question, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case presented by the instance of Krishna Kishore Singh,” Rehea said in her prayer.
“He committed suicide on the morning of June 14 at his residence in Bandra by hanging himself. The petitioner was called and she had visited the Bandra police station on various occasions and her statement was recorded in Article 175 of the CRPC.
“The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Santa Cruz police station in Mumbai against death and threats of rape. It would be fair and proper if the transfer of the case is directed from Patna to Mumbai,” the petition said.
Speaking to IANS earlier, Rheas’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had said his client had filed an electronic petition with the Supreme Court, requesting the transfer of the investigation from Patna to Mumbai, where the investigation into the actor’s death was already in next.
Sushant and Rhea were in a relationship before the actor’s alleged suicide on June 14th. Sushant’s father has leveled various charges against Rhea, including taking money from his son and also threatening to reveal his medical reports to the media. Sushant’s family has also accused Rhea of keeping him away from his family.
