Jakob Elordi he was not very happy when the internet started to focus on his physical appearance.
In an interview with Men’s health, the 23-year-old actor, who rose to fame by playing bad boy Noah Flynn in “Kissing Cabin”, admitted he was “really f – upset king” when people seemed more interested in talking about physique his instead of his role acting.

“I trained extensively for the first film because I said it in the script,” Elordi said as he promoted “Kissing Cabin 2.” “I was so nervous that I would not be what the script wanted.”
“At the time, I was super young and jumped into a world where everyone wanted to talk about my body … really f – the king bothered me,” he continued. “I do not identify with anything. I tried to prove myself and be known as an actor. He was working so hard and I hated every second of it.”
While following a strict fitness routine for the “Kissing Cabin” shoot, the Australian author said he did not train for the second installment, which hit Netflix last Friday.
“[‘The Kissing Booth’] it had to do with sculpture and making sure I had this figure that I thought the character needed, “Elordi recalled, adding that he recently began to include yoga and pilates.” Now, it is more functional. “I wanted to be a blank canvas and worry more about my health.”
“I wanted to be able to walk and run with my grandchildren when I’m in my eighties, you know? It’s too much to be functional compared to the actual aesthetics,” he continued, joking, “Let to be honest – I have no interest in going to the beach and it looked like The Rock “.

Meanwhile, for his role as Nate Jacobs on HBO’s “Euphoria” Elord actually fell down.
“I wanted to go from being bigger to smaller as Nate goes through his mental transition,” he explained.
Elordi also talked about what he has long noticed quarantine for coronavirus – and said he has no idea when Season 2 of “Euphoria” will resume production after the series was forced to stop filming back in March.
“I think everyone on the production side of everything is just a kind of hope for the best and constantly getting the worst,” he told the magazine. “I just hope he can improve first, and as a result I can get back to work.”
For now, the young actor said he wants fans to enjoy “Kissing Booth 2.”
“I hope, with everything that is happening in the world, that the film can give them a kind of comeback for two hours,” Elordi said. “I hope they get a smile and find great joy in watching the movie. That’s all I can really ask for.”
