Technically, it should have already started. But there are many fans who do not know about Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With the future of the Avengers in question, the MCU has to answer many questions. One of the biggest, however, includes Spider-Man (Tom Holland). Now a new rumor could give fans an idea of who might join the upcoming MCU entry into the masonry.
Tom Holland will return as Spider-Man in 2021
For the most part, Spider-Man: Away from home served as a feature length in remembrance for Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). Above all, Peter Parker of the Netherlands was Stark’s protégé at MCU. And Spidey continues to watch Peter lose his mentor and find his way into the world of the superhero. Of course, then the secondary credit scene changed everything.
After the death of Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal), the late supervisor has one last trick up his sleeve: a video message to the world. And J. Jonah Jameson himself – again played by Oscar winner JK Simmons – reveals the secret identity of Spider-Man in the world. Apparently, this means that the internet network will be a fugitive from justice the next time it hits the big screen.

The film will reportedly focus on Kraven Hunter
For many fans, Spider-Man on the run immediately signaled the imminent arrival of Kraven Hunter. In the comics, the character arrives in New York City set to capture Spidey. A loose adaptation of this scenario fits perfectly into the MCU Spider Man 3. Moreover, Kraven is one of the only major Spider-Man sinners not to appear on screen.
other Spider Man the film is currently on the market on November 5, 2021. But other than the possible return of Simmons, fans have no clue how the film will handle the aftermath of Peter’s secret release. Kraven feels like the safest bet, however. Marvel might want a ‘Suicide Squad’ actor to play villain
According to Murphy’s Multiverse, Marvel hopes to find a “Joel Kinnaman tip” for Spider-Man 3. Moviegoers probably know Kinnaman better for his role as Rick Flag in Suicide Squad. And he is ready to return for the next James Gunn sequel. While the rumored casting call does not specify the role, the word is that it is definitely for Kraven Hunter.
After all, Kraven will be the main envy of the film and, consequently, one of its main directions. And given Kinnaman’s story in action – he also starred in 2014 Robocop reboot – this certainly sounds like Marvel Scouting for the perfect Kraven.
Of course, just because Kinnaman is mentioned by name does not mean that he will lower his share. Then again, the MCU reportedly was looking for a “Alison Brie tip” She-Hulk. And the rumors will not stop about Brie throwing. So fans will have to wait and see how both of these scenarios play out.
