The new music video of Black Eyed Peas, for their song “Action”, is dedicated to the highest action scenes in Indian movies. The band’s main member, William Adams, better known as will.i.am, shared the music video on Twitter.
He wrote, “Watch our #ACTION video inspired by # BOLLYWOOD … I always loved music from India … # Elephunk and #MonkeyBusiness were inspired by Indian Culture … thank you India for your liveliness and contribution to the world .. “.
Music Maestro AR Rahman approved the music video and Tweet on Tweet quoted by will.i.am, “Borders are blurring art! #Tamilcinema @directorshankar #rajnikant #india.”
The music video is incredibly funny and entertaining. It features scenes from films like Enthiran i Rajinikanth, Aambala e Vishal, Sinham Ajaj Devgn’s, among others. The action scenes are identical to the original, except for the actors faces, on which Black Eyed Peas members do.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo have superimposed their faces through deep fake technology.
Scenes from the Swedish film Kopps and Maryada Ramanna also appear in Action music video.
